Claim services
The details make
the claim.
Big Spring Public Adjuster helps organize the evidence, review the scope of loss, and communicate the policyholder’s position.
01Residential property
A home is more than a repair estimate. We help homeowners and landlords organize damage to the building, affected belongings, and related expenses for evaluation under their policy. Roofs, interiors, detached structures, and rental properties each need a clear record of what happened.
02Commercial property
Keep the property claim in focus. For offices, shops, warehouses, and other commercial properties, we help connect physical damage documentation with the records needed to evaluate the claim. Business interruption and extra expense questions require careful attention to policy terms and supporting financial records.
03Wind & hail
Look closely at the whole exterior.Strong winds, hailstorms, and severe thunderstorms can raise questions about roofs, siding, glazing, rooftop equipment, and wind-driven rain. We document observed conditions and distinguish the claimed damage from maintenance concerns; weather alone does not establish coverage.
04Water damage
Document the source and the spread.A leak may affect more than the first visible stain. We help organize the sequence of events, photographs, drying records, mitigation invoices, and repair scope. Flood, seepage, plumbing, and rain-related losses can be treated differently by a policy.
05Fire & smoke
Account for the damage you can see—and the questions that remain.Fire losses may involve heat, soot, smoke residue, contents, and water used in firefighting. We help assemble a room-by-room record and identify where specialist assessments may be useful, without making safety or remediation determinations.
06Denied & underpaid claims
Understand the reasons behind the decision. We compare available evidence and estimates with the insurer’s stated position. Missing items, quantities, or explanations may warrant further questions. A review cannot reopen every claim or change a valid exclusion, expired deadline, or binding release.
What to do before your review
- Take safe, ground-level photographs and note when the damage was discovered.
- Keep insurer letters and any estimate or payment explanation together.
- Save receipts for reasonable emergency protection and mitigation.
- Continue responding to time-sensitive requests from your insurer.
- Use the website form only for a general description; arrange a suitable method before sharing private claim documents.
